Welcome to AlgoConnect Technologies Inc. (“Algo Connect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate a website and may provide information, tools, software, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to users (“you,” “User,” or “Subscriber”).
By accessing or using our website and/or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use the Services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
Any new features or tools added to the website or Services will also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Our website is hosted and operated through third-party platforms and service providers (including e-commerce and CRM providers such as GoHighLevel) to facilitate the delivery of our Services.

Algo Connect shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online and may be subject to limited availability. Any returns or refunds, if applicable, are governed solely by our Return / Refund Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but cannot guarantee the display on your device will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may discontinue any product or Service at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material will meet your expectations, or that errors in the Services will be corrected.
SECTION 6 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, credit card, or billing address.
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information and to promptly update your information so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 — FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
In consideration for the Services, you agree to pay the fees specified on our then current pricing, checkout pages, invoices, or rate card (the “Fees”). Fees may include one-time license fees and/or recurring subscription fees, as applicable. Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Fees are payable by credit card or other payment methods made available at checkout.
Fees are due according to the invoice terms or at the time of purchase.
All payments of Fees are non-refundable, except as expressly set forth in these Terms or in our Return / Refund Policy. License fees are non-refundable.
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST/QST and any other taxes imposed by your jurisdiction). You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except taxes assessed on Algo Connect’s income.
We may refuse to provide or may suspend Services if amounts due are not paid by the due date.
SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools. We do not monitor, control, or endorse them. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, or conditions. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The website may contain third-party links or content. We do not warrant or assume liability for third-party materials, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party. Please review their policies carefully.
SECTION 10 — USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS If you submit ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, you agree we may use them without restriction, unless prohibited by law.

SECTION 12 — TEXT MESSAGING & NOTIFICATIONS
If you opt in to text messaging, you agree to receive automated messages and reminders at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Standard messaging/data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
SECTION 13 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
SECTION 14 — PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
(a) for unlawful purposes;
(b) to solicit unlawful acts;
(c) to violate laws/regulations;
(d) to infringe intellectual property;
(e) to harass, abuse, defame, discriminate, or intimidate;

(g) to upload malware;
(h) to collect/tracks others’ personal info unlawfully;
(i) to spam/phish/scrape;
(j) for obscene or immoral purposes;
(k) to interfere with security;
(l) to gain unauthorized access;
(m) to reverse engineer or hack;
(n) to breach security systems;
(o) to enable third parties to violate these Terms.
We may terminate access for prohibited use violations.
SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Results obtained from use of the Services may not be accurate or reliable.
The Services and all products delivered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Algo Connect and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages, arising from your use of the Services.
Where limitation of liability is restricted by law, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted.
SECTION 16 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algo Connect and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
SECTION 17 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
SECTION 18 — TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Services.
We may terminate or suspend access if we determine (in our sole discretion) that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.
SECTION 19 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any policies posted on our website (including the Privacy Notice and Return / Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Algo Connect regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
SECTION 20 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements between you and Algo Connect shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
SECTION 21 — CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on our website. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
