Refund Policy

ALGOCONNECT TECHNOLOGIES INC. - REFUND POLICY 

All Fees paid are non-refundable, except as expressly set forth herein. 

At any time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason or for no reason, provided that if AlgoConnect Technologies Inc. terminates this Agreement solely for its own convenience (and not as a result of the Subscriber’s breach of this Agreement, insolvency, or any other cause attributable to the Subscriber), AlgoConnect Technologies Inc. shall promptly refund to the Subscriber a pro rata portion of the Fees paid by the Subscriber corresponding to the unused portion of the then-current term as indicated on the applicable invoice. 

AlgoConnect Technologies Inc. shall have no liability to the Subscriber for any consequences arising from such termination. 

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Subscriber shall immediately cease all use of the Services, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by AlgoConnect Technologies Inc.
